  • Volunteer Info

Killarney Skating Club is a non-profit organization run by a volunteer Board of Directors.  With the exception of the coaches, our programs depend on the active participation and goodwill of our volunteers.  Therefore, volunteering is an important part of the participating in the Club.

Volunteering creates connections and community with the skaters and the other families involved.  We are always looking for people who want to be actively engaged in creating a vibrant skating community and making the Club a better place to be for our skaters.

    Canskate Program Assistants

-Once your children are proficient skaters (usually at the Junior level) and have reached ages 9 or 10, they can volunteer to help out during the Canskate program.  They will learn leadership skills and to take on responsibility.  Many children volunteer once or twice a week and really love the experience.
