Refunds

The KCFSC does NOT offer refunds except for valid medical reasons. All requests for refunds must be in writing, addressed to the Board of Directors, and must be accompanied by an official and detailed doctor's certificate, before any consideration is given. Refunds, if granted, will be pro-rated, and a $10.00 Administration fee will be deducted. The Club is not responsible for refunding registration fees or making-up for sessions missed. The Club is NOT obligated to refund registration fees for unforeseen ice closures due to special events/circumstances, or equipment/mechanical breakdown beyond our control. The Club will make every effort to make up for cancelled sessions.  Any ice credits issued will be applied to the member account and must be used for another KCFSC program within 12 months of issue date. Skate Canada Membership fees are non-refundable and are not prorated.

 

Session Changes

Sessions subject to change depending on registration and at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

 

Drop-in (Buyon)

Please confirm any drop in  sessions with the skating director prior to registering and paying through uplifter. Drop in payment is required to be paid online through uplifter 24 hours in advance of the session start time.  Please note that uplifter will not allow you to register after this time.  Our club does not allow non-club skaters to drop in at this time, our ice time is reserved for Killarney members.

 

Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining your confidence and trust.  Accordingly we maintain the following privacy policy to protect personal information you provide.  Any information you give to us will be held with the appropriate level of care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

If you choose to provide personally identifiable information about yourself, we will not use the information for any purpose other than to respond to your inquiry.  We do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease any personal information collected.

 

Disclaimer

 The Killarney Skating Club reserves the right to change, cancel or reassign skaters to sessions.  The Club is not responsible for ice cancellations that are out of its control.  The Club endeavours to replace sessions when possible but replacement ice is not guaranteed.
