There may be some events that the club puts on that may have multiple volunteer positions available at the same time or have positions that overlap time periods that you may want to have multiple family members applied for.  Due to limitations within Uplifter and defining start/end times for each position, the only way to accomplish applying for these multiple volunteer positions is by creating a separate "family member" account or inviting an existing account to join your "family" group in your main account. 

**Warning** - Inviting another account OR creating another account and having it tied to your main account will give that separate account access to registration through your main account, including access to invoice payment through stored payment methods.

Creating or Inviting Another Account as a Family Member

1. Login to your account on Uplifter and under the main navigation, click the "Family" tab.
   
2. Under the "Invite someone" section, click the pulldown, and select "Invite a member" and click the envelope icon on the far right.
   
3. You will then be displayed a screen where you will enter the person's name and email address.  Once you have filled in the information, click the "Send Invitation" button.
   
4. Once the person has received the invitation by email and clicked the "Accept Invitation" link to join your account, they will be presented with the following page to "create" a new account that will be joined to your account.  Fill in the required information to create the account and then it will be linked under your "Family" section of My Account.
   
   
   If the invited person has account already, they can clikc the "I already have an account" tab at the top and they will be presented with a login prompt for their email address and password of their existing account.  Once they have logged in, their account will be tied to your main account from that day forward.
   
5. Once the new account(s) have been tied to your main account as family members, you will then be able to select the appropriate person when applying for a volunteer position in the future.
